Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, email us at hello@kindredbloompets.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We'll reply with instructions. Please don't send anything back before contacting us, as returns sent without approval can't be accepted.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless your item arrived damaged, defective, or wasn't what you ordered. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

If something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, and in most cases we won't ask you to ship the item back.

Where is my order?

Many of our items ship directly from our suppliers, and delivery typically takes 2 to 3 weeks, sometimes longer during busy periods. An order that's still within its expected delivery window isn't eligible for a refund yet, but email us any time and we'll check on it for you.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Bear in mind that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post it.

Items we can't accept

Opened grooming or health products, including ear wash, cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless they arrived damaged or defective.

Gift cards are final sale. Items already marked down with a crossed-out price outside our Black Friday sale are final sale too, including the 4FurBaby Plant-Based Grooming Wipes and the 4FurBaby XXL 304 Stainless Steel Cat Litter Box.

Black Friday exception: Items bought during our Black Friday sale (Nov 27 to 30, 2026) can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Your order shows the Black Friday discount. Orders without that discount follow the rest of this policy.
