Products and Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, colors, images, sizes, and other details accurately. However, colors and appearance may vary depending on your screen, device, or product batch.
Some products are shipped directly by third-party suppliers. Packaging, minor design details, and product appearance may vary slightly without changing the product’s intended function.
Our pet wellness, grooming, feeding, and enrichment products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Product information is provided for general informational purposes and is not a substitute for advice from a licensed veterinarian. Stop using a product and consult a veterinarian if your pet experiences an unexpected reaction.
We may limit the sale of products to specific people, locations, or jurisdictions. We may also change or discontinue products without notice.
Orders
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may cancel or limit an order because of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, product unavailability, supplier limitations, shipping restrictions, or other reasonable concerns.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, shipping, and contact information. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect address supplied by the customer.
If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we may contact you to offer an alternative, issue a refund for the unavailable item, or cancel the affected portion of the order.
Prices and Payment
All prices are displayed in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice.
You agree to pay all charges associated with your order, including applicable taxes, shipping charges, duties, and import fees. International customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, and similar charges assessed by local authorities.
Payments are processed securely through Shopify and available payment providers. We do not directly store your complete payment card information.
Shipping and Delivery
Delivery estimates are estimates rather than guarantees. Many products ship directly from suppliers, and delivery may typically take two to three weeks. International orders, customs processing, carrier disruptions, severe weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control can cause additional delays.
Separate items in the same order may arrive in different packages or at different times.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer after delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout. Please contact us promptly if tracking shows delivery but you cannot locate the package.

Returns and Refunds
Returns, damaged items, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Certain opened grooming or health-related products may not be returnable for hygiene reasons unless they arrived damaged or defective.
